MATISET may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Conditions, as well as the Special Conditions that, where appropriate, are included, by publishing these modifications on the website so that they can be known by the Users.

In general, with respect to the inappropriate use of its website. Users must make proper use of the same, in accordance with the above terms and conditions, without any liability whatsoever on the part of the owner for improper use.

Regarding possible technical deficiencies. MATISET will not be responsible in any case for the alterations in the service that occur due to failures in the electrical network, in the data connection network, in the server or in any performance.

Regarding access by third parties to your system. MATISET will adopt the necessary technical precautions in order to protect the data and information that is accessed, but without being responsible for actions of third parties who, violating the established security measures, access the aforementioned data.

MATISET tries to minimize the risk of viruses and similar software, and unauthorized content in its information systems. Nevertheless, the User is aware that he/she must adopt his/her own measures aimed at minimizing the damage caused by unauthorized software, viruses, Trojans and any kind of software known as malware, exempting MATISET from any liability that may arise from the containment of malware in the treatments enabled on this website.

Utilization of hyperlinks

The Internet user who wants to introduce links from their own websites to the Web Page must comply with the conditions detailed below without the ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law.

The link will only link to the home page or main page of the Web page but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.). Unless expressly authorized by MATISET, links to “end pages”, the “frame” and any other similar manipulation is not allowed. Links must always be to the main page or homepage of the website.

Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD

We guarantee that every transaction made on MATISET is 100% secure. All transactions involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. MATISET uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). Likewise, your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the Bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a “secured” card, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.

In the event that your card is not adhered to this payment system, Vogana will only accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to customers with proven seniority and reliability.

In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following data will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Important : Credit card fraud is a crime, and MATISET will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our on-line store.

Minors

We do not sell products to minors. The products we sell must be purchased by adults. Minors under the age of 18 may only use the MATISET Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Security

The Website uses industry-accepted information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all of which are intended to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/customer agrees that the provider obtains data for the purpose of authentication of access controls.
