RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

You have 14 calendar days after receipt to manage the return or exchange. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, or in the case of requesting a collection, will be deducted from the amount to be returned. *The first article exchange will be free of charge.

To request an exchange or refund of any of our products, we offer different options:

1. RETURN OR EXCHANGE, IN SEVILLE OR MADRID WITH HAND DELIVERY (check availability via email) - FREE OF CHARGE.

2. RETURNS, SHIPMENT WITH MESSENGER OF YOUR CHOICE:

The management with the courier company is of your choice, for this you must follow the steps that we indicate below:

2.1. Notify us of your desire to return within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package, through the mail info@matiset.com indicating the contact details: Name, surname, address and contact telephone number. And/or in case of an online order also provide us with the order number (#MT...).

2.2. Wait to receive an answer with the pertinent indications to make the return for the reimbursement of the amount. If you have requested it by e-mail, the date and time will be recorded so that, in case of a weekend, holidays or not receiving a reply within 24 hours, you will still be within the deadline.

Send the package yourself. You will not need any sticker from us, as it will be the same courier agency you choose who will provide it to you. We will indicate you, by mail, the address to which you will have to send the package. Please remember that the shipping costs will not be refundable in any case (except for the 1st exchange, which is free). Please do not send the package without notifying us and without having received a response from us beforehand.

2.3. Pack the product to be returned as well as possible, with its original bag/box, so that it is not damaged during transport and subsequent delivery. Any defect found upon delivery to our offices, and that has not been notified before via email, will affect the refund of the product.

The refund will be reflected in your account within approximately 15 working days (depending on the receiving bank) from the date on which the returned item reaches our offices and we have checked the good condition of it.

All refunds will be made by the same method of payment used for the purchase, except for purchases made in cash, which will be made by bank transfer, whose account number will be provided by the customer to proceed with the refund.

Please note that the shipping costs charged during the order will not be refundable in any case, as well as any taxes or customs duties derived from the shipment. If we have to assume any of these costs upon receipt of your package, we will deduct them from the refund.

MATISET reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as received.
